The fully automatic mincing system by KARL SCHNELL offers the possibility to produce finest emulsions from almost any starting material – with least machinery and space requirements.
The conventional mincing thereby will be completely eliminated.

The system is based on the KS Emulsifier FL248 with its highly flexible feeding and cutting system.

The feed hopper of this high performance machine can be fed with pre-broken frozen meat blocks as well as fresh meat, bone carcasses or slaughter by-products like offal. The integrated screw transports the material directly to the cutting system.

Afterwards the fine and homogeneous emulsions are delivered for subsequent treatment in the dry pet food process.

The robust and solid components of the KS Mincing System ensure high sustained throughput and process safety and thus added value for the entire production.
