KARL SCHNELL has a unique selling proposition in the filling and portioning sector due to the unique geometry of its conveyor system. Its construction is based on the internal gear pump principle, which guarantees a constant chamber size. Thus, in the particularly sensitive conveying area, the product being processed is only minimally compressed or subject to mechanical stress. This is above all of great importance for fine sausage meat filling. In order to maintain the structural integrity of the previously emulsified mass unchanged. The result is a further uniform and clean texture of the emulsion.

Due to the design, only very low shearing forces occur in the KS Pump System, ideal for the production of fine emulsion with chunky deposits. The admixed ingredients e.g. Ham pieces, mushrooms, pistachios etc. are gently conveyed without damage.

Since the vacuum pump used produces a stable vacuum at all temperatures, also very cold and highly viscous products can be filled without any problems.

The KS Pump System works almost wear-free and doses with the highest weight accuracy. This minimizes the costs of spare parts and the emergence of unwanted residues. The pump set consists of only three parts. This means simple handling. For cleaning, only very few moving parts have to be removed.
