KS Silos are used as stock and buffer tanks in processing lines. A typical application is the interim storage of flowable products e.g. fine emulsion or processed cheese prior to further processing within a standardization line. The cylindrical-conical silos are available in sizes ranging between 80 and 6 000 l.

KS Creaming Tanks and KS Process Tanks are an important part of a production line for sterilized processed cheese spreads.

They serve for controlled viscosity increase following the sterilization process, in order to achieve optimum spreading characteristics.
