La energ\u00eda se aporta al producto en forma de una inyecci\u00f3n de vapor directa bajo condiciones de vac\u00edo y \/ o a trav\u00e9s de un revestimiento doble calentado con vapor.<br \/><br \/>Cuando la receta y la sustancia seca de la materia prima permiten una inyecci\u00f3n de vapor directa, deber\u00eda darse prioridad a este m\u00e9todo. Ofrece la mejor eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y la m\u00e1xima protecci\u00f3n del producto y excluye la reacci\u00f3n Maillard y el agarre.<br \/><br \/>Un elemento importante en el proceso es la homogeneizaci\u00f3n en el<strong> aut\u00f3mata de proceso KS.<\/strong> Su fuerza de homogeneizaci\u00f3n y los efectos de tijera que se producen son los suficientemente fuertes como para generar la viscosidad y la estabilidad deseadas del producto.<br \/><br \/>Los <strong>aut\u00f3matas de proceso KS<\/strong> est\u00e1n equipados con cuchillas de precorte rotativas de alta velocidad.
